Our experienced recruiters take in depth information about the assignment and the skills required are matched to our available Agency Workers.
Once we have established who is available and suitable for the position, and after gaining the permission from the Agency Worker, all necessary paperwork is passed to the client for inspection and on agreement, or after interview, the Agency Worker is confirmed. A written confirmation is faxed to the client detailing the shift, length of booking, area of skill and expertise. Clients are also asked to ensure all Agency Workers are taken through the client's Health and Safety procedures and provide an induction to the workplace at the start of the Agency Workers first shift.
