Every candidate who registers for work with our agency is provided with a staff handbook which details in full our policies and procedures and codes of conducts.

Our Quality Assurance procedure allows not only clients to provide feedback on the performance of our agency workers and Orion’s services, but also allows each agency worker to provide feedback about the placement they have completed.

This information is valuable to ensure that we can continue to provide and improve the standards of service we have been providing over the past years.
