Orion ensures that every candidate completes our in-depth registration and induction programme before placement.
All care assistants must provide the following information prior to placement:
- CV
- Enhanced CRB check
- Occupational health clearance
- Record of immunisations
- Induction and annual training
- References
- Proof of ID
- Right to work in the UK
As part of our registration process each candidate must attend an interview with our Nurse Managers and an induction training seminar.
They will also be required to attend regular appraisals throughout their time working for Orion and their performance is monitored continuously.
