With this in mind we operate a stringent recruitment and vetting procedure.
All candidates must complete our registration and induction programme before placement. They must attend regular appraisals with our Nurse Managers and Clinical Director and their performance in continuously monitored.
We require the following from each registered nurse prior to placement;
- CV
- Enhanced CRB check
- Occupational health clearance
- Record of immunisations
- NMC registration
- Induction and annual training
- References
- Proof of ID
- Right to work in the UK
All registered nurses must attend an interview with our nurse managers before the registration process is complete.
